Trust Centre ยท Data protection
Your customers. Your data. Your responsibility too.
The operator owns the customer relationship and the data behind it. Beaver supplies the infrastructure underneath, and the tools to export, correct and delete.
Controls
What is in place.
| Capability | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Full console export of the operating record | Live | Players, orders, entries, draws and audit logs. |
| Player data export and deletion workflows | Built | In product data rights handling at player level. |
| Channel level marketing preferences | Built | Email, SMS, push and on site. |
| Care flag and closed account suppression | Live | Protection state stops marketing. |
| IP addresses on this website's demo form | Live | Stored only as a one way hash. |
| Selectable data residency | Not available | A registry control only. Not offered. |
| Configurable retention periods | Not available | Switch only. The actual policy will be published here. |
Live proven on the deployed platform. Built in the product with passing tests, not yet proven with live customers. Roadmap planned, not a working feature.
Roles
Ownership does not remove responsibility.
Operators need to understand their own obligations around retention, deletion and lawful processing for their customers. Beaver provides the tools; it does not make those decisions for the operator.
The cross operator exclusion register uses salted hashes. We do not describe it as anonymous, and it will receive a full privacy review before we make detailed claims about it.
Hashed is a technical description. Anonymous is a much bigger claim.
This website
The marketing site is simpler.
