Migrate to Beaver

Move the business, not just the website.

A competition business is its customers, their entries, the history of every draw and the permissions each customer gave. Moving platforms means moving all of that without losing any of it, then switching the domain without losing a day of sales.

Migration requirements depend on the structure and quality of the data your current platform holds. So we start by looking at it.

What has to move

The migration checklist.

  • Customer records

Accounts and the relationship behind them.

  • Orders and entries

Who bought, what they entered, which competition.

  • Historic draws

How past competitions concluded, kept with the business.

  • Consent state

What each customer agreed to hear about.

  • Account status

Limits, breaks and exclusions must survive the move.

  • Operational history

The records you may need for disputes and reviews.

  • Domain cutover

Your address moves with you, with the storefront ready.

  • Payments

Your merchant relationship stays yours. We will be clear about payment status.

  • Testing

Checked before cutover, not discovered after.

Protection survives the move

An exclusion made on your old platform still matters on the new one.

Of everything in a migration, protection state is the part you cannot afford to drop. A customer who excluded themselves last month should not arrive on Beaver as a fresh marketing prospect.

That is a first order item in a Beaver migration conversation, not a data cleanup task for later.

What we will not promise

No one click migration fairy tale.

We have not built and tested an automated migration path from every competitor, so we will not claim:

  • Perfect automated migration from any platform
  • A guaranteed timescale before we have seen your data
  • Case study numbers we do not have yet

We would rather make leaving easy and give you a reason to stay. That applies to leaving your current platform too.

And if you ever leave Beaver

Built so you can leave.

The console exports players, orders, entries, draws and audit logs. We think that is the right way to earn a migration: by not trapping the next one.

Your data. Your file. Taken from the console, not requested from a supplier.
