About BeaverComps
Building better competitions.
BeaverComps builds the operating infrastructure behind serious competition businesses: verifiable draws, enforced compliance, one operator console and data the operator can take with them.
Better competition businesses are built, not bolted together.
Why a beaver?
A beaver builds infrastructure.
The animal is not a joke added to the software. It is how we think about the job.
A beaver builds useful infrastructure. It works with flow. It understands pressure. It maintains the system rather than admiring it. That maps naturally onto a platform handling traffic, entries, rules, draws, money, data, fulfilment and customer communication.
Our organising word is build:
- Built for the rush.
- Built to prove the outcome.
- Protection built in.
- Built around the operation.
- Built so the operator can leave with their data.
- Built to keep working when nobody is watching.
Five promises
What the operator gets because it is built properly.
-
PROVE
Prove the draw.
Evidence, not reassurance.
-
PROTECT
Protection built in.
Rules that do something.
-
RUN
Run the whole operation.
One console. The actual job.
-
GROW
Grow without losing control.
Reward the regulars. Respect the rules.
-
OWN
Your business stays yours.
Your brand. Your customers. Your data.
What we are not
Knowing what you are not is half the job.
- A gambling operator, or styled like one
- A legal adviser: we explain requirements and show controls, we do not replace legal advice
- A marketing agency hidden inside a software proposition
- Another "all in one innovative ecosystem" full of claims nobody can prove
The rule we write by
If it is not true today, we do not write it as though it is.
Every capability we describe carries a status. Live means proven on the deployed platform. Built means in the product with passing tests, not yet proven with live customers. Anything else is roadmap, and we call it that.
- If it is live, we'll show you.
- If it is built, we'll tell you.
- If it isn't ready, we won't sell it as if it is.
Meet Boab
He likes things built properly.
Boab is Beaver's resident builder, inspector, explainer and occasional sceptic. His default attitude: "I have looked at how everyone else does this. I have a better idea."
He is part of the brand, not the brand itself. If he adds nothing to a page, he is left out.
