Website terms

The terms for using this website.

Short version: this site explains what BeaverComps does, it is not a contract, and the draw demonstration runs in your browser rather than on our platform.

If you run a competition business on Beaver, that is covered by a separate written agreement with us, not by this page.

Who we are

BeaverComps is a trading name of At The Darts Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17146401.

Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

You can reach us at hello@beavercomps.com.

What these terms cover

They cover your use of beavercomps.com: reading it, using the demonstrations on it and sending us a demo request.

They do not cover use of the Beaver platform itself. An operator running competitions on Beaver does so under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

The information on this site

We describe what the platform does today and label each capability: Live means proven on the deployed platform, Built means it is in the product with passing tests but not yet proven with live customers, and anything else is described as roadmap or as not offered.

We take that labelling seriously, but the site is still a description rather than a specification. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment that a particular feature will exist by a particular date.

Our compliance and legal pages explain law, voluntary codes and what the software enforces. They are general information. They are not legal advice, and they are no substitute for advice on your own promotion from someone qualified to give it. Where we cite a source we date it; sources change after we publish.

The draw demonstration

The draw check on this site runs entirely in your browser. It demonstrates the method: commit the entries, publish randomness afterwards, select a winner, let anyone reproduce the result.

It is not a live Beaver draw. It does not use the platform's algorithm or its randomness source, the entries in it are generated examples, and nothing you do in it is sent to us or recorded.

Sending us a demo request

The form on this site asks for your name and email, and optionally your business, phone number and a message. We use it to reply to you. What we do with it is set out in the privacy notice.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through it. We are not obliged to respond to every enquiry, and a reply is not an offer of a contract.

Our content and brand

The text, design, diagrams, code and the Boab character on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and you are welcome to link to any page.

Please do not republish substantial parts of the site, pass our material off as your own, or use the BeaverComps name, logo or character without our permission.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it. Where we change something material on a compliance page, the review date on that page changes with it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. If you are using the site as a consumer rather than for business, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means accepting the current version.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

Last updated 7 October 2026.
